Real has been commissioned to review Wheelchair services in Tower Hamlets and we want to hear your views. We would like to know what’s good about the current Wheelchair offer and what can be improved.

By completing this survey, you’ll be in with a chance to win one of three £40 High Street vouchers. This survey is for service users (or parents/carers of service users) of the Wheelchair services in Tower Hamlets, who have used their services within the last five years. 

We are interested in learning about your experience of accessing and using the Wheelchair service. This is an opportunity for you to feedback on what works well, what works less well and what could be better. This feedback will be utilised and given to the council. You will not be identified within the survey. Rather, everything will be anonymised.  

Your feedback will help advise and improve what is required from the Service when it is recommissioned in the autumn by Tower Hamlets council.
